We have built strong relationships with our clients over the past 10 years which has led to the success of the business. Home visits are an important aspect of our process; meeting families and clients face to face (when restrictions allow) helps to build relationships quickly and allows the team to fully understand your brief and therefore providing the right candidate for you and your home. Home visits will always be conducted by the SILKS Directors – Amanda Cooper and Alison O’Neill. Our diverse client base includes many footballers, sports personalities and celebrities, so we understand the need for discretion and privacy.
