Gaucho approaches a milestone 25th anniversary in 2019 and the company has evolved, entering a new, exciting era, complete with new owners, a highly skilled new management team and a strong direction, with a brand new set of menus to match. The New Year will see the first selection of restaurants go under major refurbishment to a more Latin American style with bold new, modern designs.
The restaurant collection has changed their pricing to reflect accessible quality, offering something for everyone whether you’re watching what you spend or celebrating a special occasion and pushing the boat out. There is also the addition of exciting and diverse dishes from Latin America as well as a set lunch menu, improved group dining menus, and a rare collection of 150 Argentine wines, with the addition of around 80 world wines for the first time. Recently hired, the restaurant company has welcomed an Argentine executive chef who carries an impressive background under his chef’s hat including Michelin starred restaurants as well as stints at Nobu, Sushisamba, Rosewood London and The Lanesborough.
