Nestled into London’s Covent Garden on Southampton Street, Frog by Adam Handling is Adam Handling’s flagship restaurant site for the group. Frog by Adam Handling stays loyal to the roots of The Frog E1 but has its own distinct style that is subtly more formal this its sister restaurant. The dishes served at the restaurant showcase Adam’s deliciously distinctive cooking style, combining technical savvy with the freshest seasonal produce, to deliver an elevated experience.
The menu at Frog by Adam Handling is constantly evolving. The cookery continues in Adam’s signature modern British style and his beautifully presented dishes start with carefully sourced, top quality ingredients – Adam uses seasonal ingredients selected from the group’s West Sussex farm to create two tasting menus along with snacks and standalone dishes.
Adam’s ethos of marrying flavours with mind-boggling culinary techniques creates balanced, harmonious, and consistently outstanding dishes that are completely unique and guaranteed to leave an impression.
The restaurant’s Bar Manager, Tim Laferla, has also curated a sophisticated cocktail-pairing menu (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) for the tasting menus. Tim’s innovative combinations have been given the same level of attention to detail that a chef would when designing a place of food; using modern technology and methodology and with a lightly theatrical touch, the drinks menu offers both flavour and aroma to perfectly enhance the flavours of each dish.
Frog by Adam Handling has a sizeable open-plan kitchen at its heart, and a stunning private dining room below, complete with its own private open kitchen. Designed in collaboration with Offbeat Interiors, the restaurant has been designed to be relaxed and luxurious yet modern and contemporary, in accordance with Adam’s philosophy of providing fine-dining without the stuffy atmosphere. A tasteful mix of colours and textures within the restaurant create a warm and inviting dining atmosphere.
