Taking its place at 1-3 the Strand, overlooking the bustling Trafalgar Square, Bronte is a welcome new addition to London’s vibrant restaurant scene.
Chef Andrew Lassetter is at the helm of the kitchen creating a menu inspired by the Pacific, using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as weekend brunch.
Tom Dixon’s Design Research Studio are transforming the space to give a bright new look. Floor to ceiling windows bathe the front pantry area in natural light, with a subtle and stylish palette travelling through to the main Dining Room. Extraordinary materials have been used generously and boldly. The bright and airy rooms are accented with colour from a pink concrete bar and green granite feature kitchen, to custom design furniture with green leather and black timber booths, and plenty of foliage to bring the outdoors in.
