Once selected to be a Limelight Member, you will be assigned a dedicated Personal Assistant who will learn all about you and your family and friends. We will begin to gather information from you which we store on our secure system so you never have to forget a key date again! We will record everything from your family’s birthdays, your passport details and the cars you drive to your favourite brands, venues and hotels. This way we can provide a seamless service and can tailor offers, events and services that will appeal to your tastes and preferences.
The Limelight team are based in our offices in Clerkenwell, London but we spend a lot of our time getting out and about to meet Brands, Venues and PR Companies in order to continually grow our network of contacts, recommend the latest hot venue and secure fantastic benefits and discounts for our Members.
Designing holidays and booking hotels and transportation is a big part of what we do (read our travel page to find out more) but we also offer an array of useful and fun services.
We can source difficult-to-get designer items by making use of our relationships with top brands such as Christian Louboutin, Louis Vuitton and Hermes. We can also book your restaurant reservations, arrange a private chef, source last minute concert or theatre tickets or help with gift shopping. In terms of events we can organise your children’s birthday party, a romantic wedding proposal or a VIP Shopping trip and for larger events we use a network of reputable and experienced event companies. We only look after people with a recognisable talent and we keep our membership small, because of this brands give us access to their premium services, products and events.
In addition, we are your ‘back office support team’ We are here to pay your congestion charge, arrange an electrician or sort out your calendar. We get to know our members so well that many times they just phone us for a chat!
Not only do you have your P.A. on hand to help you with whatever request you might have but you also have the whole Limelight team behind you.
